Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (jewelry experience a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively learn about the jewelry industry
• Proficient in cash register operation and point-of-sale systems
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays (flexible schedule can be discussed)
