  We made our first purchase from Shiva's during our vacation in St Maarten and they got a life long customer now. We entered the store just to see things and not ready to buy anything. Anup Sharma attended us and he was willing to show … More us and never pushed us into buying and we left the store without buying anything. We looked at online reviews on Shiva's, got impressed and went back the next day. Bought a pendant and matching ear rings. Anup gave us a good price and he sent the receipt and appraisal a few days later by email. I took the jewelry to famous independent appraiser in Boston and he confirmed the Clarity, Color and Value of the items exactly as mentioned in the appraisal provided by Shiva's. There is a considerable difference between the appraised value and what we paid. We felt we got real value for what we paid. We will visit Shiva's whenever we visit St Maarten or Aruba in future and will order over phone when we are not travelling. I would recommend them to anyone who visits these islands too
