Then one day I was going through some papers and found the certificate from the ring which had the address of the jeweler. I googled them and called them. I reached Paul at Shivas, and told him my story. He was on it right away, looking for something that could replace what I had. He sent photos of the rings they had, and lo and behold, there was one very similar! We face timed and talked, and we placed the order. We had the ring within 2days of it shipping out, from St Marteen, to NYS! When I got it, I was not disappointed, it is gorgeous! And a reasonable in price to boot! I have to say, it was such a great experience from start to finish. Paul’s response time and customer service was amazing, not to mention I feel like we gained a friend!

  We just returned from the wonderful Island of St Masrten, which is filled with an amazing amount of jewelry stores. We walked into Shiva’s in Phillipsburg, and found an amazing store, filled with watches rings, bracelets, necklaces, and … More every kind of jewelry you could imagine. The owner, Ajay, helped us directly and showed us everything that was new and exciting. One of the exciting things was the fact that the prices were very reasonable for the high-quality jewelry that they had. I highly recommend a visit to Shiva’s on your visit to the Island. We looked at online reviews on Shiva's, got impressed and went back the next day. Bought a pendant and matching ear rings. Anup gave us a good price and he sent the receipt and appraisal a few days later by email. I took the jewelry to famous independent appraiser in Boston and he confirmed the Clarity, Color and Value of the items exactly as mentioned in the appraisal provided by Shiva's. There is a considerable difference between the appraised value and what we paid. We felt we got real value for what we paid. We will visit Shiva's whenever we visit St Maarten or Aruba in future and will order over phone when we are not travelling. I would recommend them to anyone who visits these islands too
